Wellbeing Questionnaire October 2026

Dear Parents and Guardians,

As part of our ongoing commitment to promoting positive mental health and wellbeing across our school community, we are currently working towards achieving the Wellbeing Award for Schools.

As part of this process, we would like to invite all parents and guardians to complete a short questionnaire. This will help us to gain a better understanding of how wellbeing is currently supported within our school and how we can continue to develop our approach to ensure that the needs of our whole school community are met.

Your views are incredibly important to us. By sharing your thoughts and experiences, you will help us to recognise what we are doing well, identify areas where we could improve, and shape our future wellbeing priorities to ensure that our school remains a positive, supportive and inclusive environment for all.

The questionnaire should only take a few minutes to complete, and we would be very grateful for your time and feedback.
