I am extremely proud to be the Headteacher of Arden, a happy, friendly, caring and exciting school where children enjoy their education and learning and where staff, governors, children and the community of Arden Primary school have worked hard to build and maintain our AMAZING school.

Arden is at the heart of the Sparkhill community in Birmingham, and we have wonderful pupils, staff and parents who contribute to the ongoing success of the school. We have a strong, talented and dedicated team of staff who are extremely hard working, committed to raising standards and have consistently high expectations of pupils both academically and socially.

Our aim is to make learning enjoyable, allowing every individual to achieve their best, nurturing their talents in a safe, secure environment, and providing them with opportunities to learn the skills required to become confident, tolerant, respectful young people, who will be able to contribute positively to the wider British society.

Visitors to our school always comment on the warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere of the school - we are the 'Arden family'.
